EPEC, the European PPP Expertise Centre was created in 2008 to support Member States of the EU, EU Candidates States and others in their work on PPPs. EPEC shares and promotes good PPP practice, assists PPP policy development and supports the preparation of pathfinder PPPs.

EPEC is celebrating its 10th Anniversary on December 12, at the EIB headquarters with a session of stimulating discussion on trends in

• the future shape of public infrastructure and by consequence
• trends in the role of the private sector in helping to deliver it
