The Australian Infrastructure Investors Forum will bring together institutions and industry stakeholders to network and discuss the latest developments in public and private markets.
Australia has long been a destination of choice for foreign investors in mining, agriculture and property assets and is still a prime location for investors with a stable political environment, and transparent business environment. However, the influx of overseas capital bidding for large-scale assets in recent years has caused division. Therefore, where on the current cycle can the current high multiples continue?
The Forum will offer, among others:
- Reviewing of case studies of recent deals and the challenges and strategies that were employed
- Insight about Southeast Asia’s infrastructure requirements and how private capital can be best mobilised
- Discussions on the rise in investment opportunities in renewable energy and how to best source these deals
- Identification of the latest PPP deals in the pipeline and when they will become available
LTIIA will contribute to the program and LTIIA members are eligible for a 10% discount. Institutional investors may attend for free.
